Regular tasks included being a cashier, handling security deposits, finalizing online orders, and constant organization of incoming shipments. Exemplary communication and knowledge about products were needed to keep customers well informed. Creating a casual and relaxed environment for customers was necessary.

August 2017 – May 2018

Internship, Michael A. Smith Law Firm

Regular tasks included answering calls from clients, providing information about the services offered, handling, or filing imperative cases while providing confidentiality and organizing or importing media data for cases. A high level of professionalism and hospitality expected.

September 2016 – May 2017

Cashier, Yummilicious Frozen Yogurt

Regular tasks included working the register, providing a welcoming environment for customers and night shift closing preparations, as well as operating commercial-grade yogurt machines. It was a great opportunity to learn how to balance a professional, yet casual, environment and develop different communication skills.
